From the Ministry Centre Director, George Loney

It is always a delight for me to see a Ministry Centre operating and expanding its outreach to the people it exists to minister to. What a joy to see the results of programs and the opportunities of involvement for those whose paths have crossed with BMC.

Recently in my devotions, I was struck by Genesis 5:2: "He created them male and female, and He blessed them and named them Man in the day when they were created."

What we know for sure is this – we were created as males and females, we were blessed and we were named – all by our Creator God. As I reflect on that, what more of a ‘head-start’ program in life could anyone want? God of the Universe made us and blessed us. He would never ignore us if it were up to Him. He wants our best always like a true “God-Father.” Because He is all powerful, all knowledgeable, and all loving, there is nothing good that we will lack. We have everything going for us totally. What mankind collectively and we individually do with that, however, is strictly up to us.

SCA and Blueberry exist to help young people and adults recognize their potential as children of God, no matter what their experiences are or have been. We believe in and stand for, marriage and the family unit as God ordained it. We teach and disciple individuals to be active in relationships, either as singles or married individuals, which are God-honouring. Elsewhere scripture says, “we were created in His own image.” And because of that, each individual has incredible potential for good.
